Wykeland Properties is ending 2006 with a spree of new construction at Europarc

In partnership with Yorkshire Forward four new developments have recently been commenced on Europarc of which 70,000 sqft is being constructed speculatively indicating the confidence in Europarc and Grimsby;;

• A 32,000 sqft high quality building for AutoTrail and a 11,000 sqft extension to their existing manufacturing plant
• The 32,000 sqft Peryton Park business unit scheme including units from 3,670 sqft
• A new 30,000 sqft industrial unit capable of expansion to 50,000 sqft
• Origin 3 on Genesis Office Park, a new 10,250 sqft detached high specification office
