The Humber Seafood Institute is due for completion in April 2008
Construction is also complete on the flagship building on Genesis Way
opposite the Innovation Centre which will be a one-shop stop for the
fish processing industry and will include;
- new product development
- pilot production facilities
- laboratories
- research & testing
- office accommodation
 The Humber Seafood Institute is a partnership between North East Lincolnshire Council, Yorkshire Forward and the European Regional Development Fund and is being developed by Wykeland Properties.
Work starts on the foundations of the Humber Seafood Institute
