Grimsby's Europarc has always been top of the list of locations for the siting of inward investors to the area but Wykeland and Yorkshire Forward are equally proud when an indigenous business to Grimsby decides to locate on the development.

John E Haith Ltd, which trades as Haith's Seeds is one such business, and the Development Partners are now delighted to announce their decision to move in to the speculatively developed 30,000 sqft unit on Genesis Way.

Haith's started out in the 1930's as a pet shop based in Cleethorpes when the current Managing Director's grandfather begun the production of super-clean bird seed and has grown to be one of the countries larges manufacturers with a vast product range including Bill Oddie's Bird Food Recipes.

David Haith explains, "We had outgrown our Park Street premises and having seen the versatility of the building on Genesis Way, we were able to plan a production layout, new offices and storage and with the further benefits Europarc holds, it was the ideal choice".
