Phase 1 of the Park includes five office blocks totalling just under 5,574 sqm (60,000 sqft). Origin 1 and 2 are now both let and the construction of Origin 3 (below left) is due for completion in August.
Origin 3 will also have the benefit of rain water harvesting and roof top solar water heating panels which will improve the environmental perfomance of the building
